All prices are listed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). Indicative prices may be displayed in EUR or USD for convenience, based on approximate exchange rates. These are not binding and the final price will be confirmed in GBP on the official invoice.
Prices do not include shipping, import duties, or taxes, which will be confirmed separately after order review. Colnaghi reserves the right to modify prices at any time. All sales are subject to availability.
When you place an order through our Buy Now facility, your card details are securely registered via Stripe for identity verification purposes. No payment is taken at checkout.
Our team will review your order within 3 working days to confirm availability, shipping, and final pricing. An official invoice will be issued, and payment will be requested following approval.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. American Express is not accepted. Bank transfers in GBP, EUR, or USD are also available.

All works ship from London, United Kingdom. Complimentary shipping is available within the UK. International shipping costs are calculated individually and confirmed after order review.
All shipments are fully insured. Import duties and taxes may apply depending on the destination and are the responsibility of the buyer.
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the artwork.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned work. This right does not apply to bespoke, personalised, or commissioned works.
In compliance with the Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017 (as amended), orders with a total value of €10,000 or above may require additional identity verification.

Colnaghi warrants that each work sold is authentic and as described. Our liability does not exceed the purchase price of the work. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
