We wish to thank all of our visitors and friends in Venice and abroad for their wonderful feedback and support in this project. It has been our pleasure to present to you an exhibition that captured the timeless spirit of the Grand Tour and illustrated the lifestyle of modern day collectors.

Our warmest thank you goes to Chahan and his team for conjuring up a magical setting, to the institutions who have supported us, to the suppliers who provided us with invaluable help, and to all those in Venice and abroad who contributed their time, intellect and passion to make this project successful. Our biggest thank you goes, of course, to the city of Venice and to its ever industrious, resourceful and welcoming inhabitants. We have learned so much from you, enjoyed spending time with you, and look forward to continuing our collaborations in years to come. To all, “a presto”!
